  1. SRB Facility Solutions is dedicated to ensuring a healthy and safe working environment for all employees and non-employees impacted by our operations. We will take all reasonable measures to guarantee safe working systems throughout our activities and will strive to provide a safe & healthy workplace with effective working methods.

  2. SRB Facility Solutions views health & safety as a critical component of all our management systems, emphasizing that clear communication and collaboration between management, employees, and clients are vital for achieving high health & safety standards at work.


The Company will:

  1. Initiate and maintain a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring that employees, customers, visitors, and the environment are not exposed to risks from our cleaning activities.

  2. Provide employees with adequate support, supervision, relevant health & safety documentation, information, and training to raise awareness of potential hazards in the workplace.

  3. Ensure that no one intentionally or recklessly interferes with or misuses anything provided for health, safety, or welfare.

  4. Communicate with employees regarding health & safety matters, emphasizing the importance of reporting or eliminating hazards, and encouraging them to propose improvements to health & safety standards, allowing them to perform their duties safely without risk to themselves or others.

  5. Make available all necessary safety devices and personal protective equipment (PPE).

  6. Ensure records are maintained with regard to safe systems of work, risk assessments, employee training, work equipment inspections, and that these are readily available for inspection by others when required.

  7. Ensure that continual attention is paid to the provision of health & safety information, supervision and training for all employees.

  8. Ensure that suppliers and service partners are aware of their responsibilities and are conversant with health & safety procedures and their implementation.

  9. Ensure that the Health and Safety Regulations as dictated by our Clients are fully complied with.

SRB Facility Solutions believe in improving health & safety standards through constant monitoring and reviewing of its health & safety policies and procedures. A safe and healthy workplace can only be achieved if employees accept responsibility for their own health & safety and that of other persons who may be affected by their work activities. We should all work together in order to raise awareness of health & safety in the workplace and ensure that health & safety procedures and policies are adhered to.
